Alexandra Caria

My research has three main strands - methodology and epistemology, sociolinguistics and sociology - which I have illustrated with publications, mainly from my dissertation, incorporating analyses likely to contribute to the sociology of health, the anthropology of medicine and pragmatic linguistics. Generally presented at conferences, some of my work has subsequently been published in collective works or scientific journals.
